These Past two weeks I have found that maybe I became lazy… or I know what works for me! They always say, “Don’t fix what is not broken” right? Well This program has taught me what to eat, what foods are complaint, and what foods my body (and family) enjoyed.
We were pretty simple the last 2 weeks and did not try anything new… We knew that we liked simple with 1 new meal a week… I liked having the family try something new and hope that it worked well. If not, we knew not to try it again!
Today I honestly can sit here and say- I know this program has worked for my family… Not only in weight loss for my husband and I, but for the aspect of having my children be able to focus more while at home and in their activities! Sugar is more than a yummy goodness our bodies crave- it truly deteriorates your brain and functionality! After Whole30 we will incorporate the same meals into our days with the occasional treat and cheat, the kids will get their Annie’s Organic Fruit Snacks, their Honest Juice Boxes, and pringles/goldfish- hey- they are kids and I grew up eating toaster strudels and frosted flakes for breakfast- and I survived!
I am excited to start Whole30 again, with a few exceptions and helping a group of ladies into the GAME CHANGER!!!!! We start February 6th… will you join us?

Basically a group for 21 days where you get to EAT FOOD, Workout for 30 minutes, and you still get to lose the pounds… how does this sound? The BEST PART of this whole experience with Beachbody is that I FINALLY FEEL GOOD ABOUT MYSELF and FEEL ACCOMPLISHED, especially when my girls let me know that they “like” what I have to share with them! When I joined Beachbody it was to Lose weight—- but I have gained some of the BEST friends a girl could have ever asked for!!!!
Fuel your body with what it needs, 80% of the battle when losing weight and getting lean muscle is eating right! Each day you are able to make small choices that can build you up, or break ya down! So be smart about where you want to go in life!
80% of your body image is due to Nutrition, 10% workout, and 10% is genetic! What are you eating? What did you have for breakfast? With 80% of your body image being what you eat, make sure you are eating the right foods! Shakeology has all the nutrients you need… 1 shake = 5 salads… WHO wants to eat 5 salads when you can have ONE DRINK!
One person I truly learnt from with the 80/20 rule is Chalene Johnson! If you focus 80% of your time and energy on being 100% committed to your nutrition and fitness, then that 20% that you cheat or miss a workout, you will be ok! but if you go over the 80/20 to 70/30 or even 50/50 your results are not going to happen as fast as they normally would! You will not get skinny with one clean meal just like you didn’t get fat with one burger! A journey is exacly that…. you will go through ups and downs and it will take time to reach your goals! The more dedicated you are the faster your progress will happen! The more relaxed you are the slower your results will come!
If you want Change you have to be patient and consistent! It is the actions you do day in and day out that will get you to where you want to go! Consistency is what will take you to the end of your journey! Consistency day in and day out! You have to want to change, you have to want to feel the results and progress to keep going!
Some People want a magic pill and guess what there is nothing Magic about changing your lifestyle other than having everything that is going to lead you to that destination! So many times I get people messaging me asking me how I do it? How I eat clean, stay on track, or get back on track after the holidays! Well the answer is simple…. JUST DO IT! I know easier said than done right? Well not really! You have to WANT to change for the Change to happen!
A few ways I know that I am truly in it to win it are:

There are many things out there that can get you the weight loss, help you curve your appetite, give you energy, but nothing is quiet like the support when you join Beachbody! Beachbody has given me my life back! Not just the programs and products, but the support groups!!! They are my life and give me the burning to wake up and see the success of others and know that what we do is a great thing that is making and impact on others!

Tip #5 to a new you is find someone to be accountable to! On your journey you will find alot of people that will put your lifestyle down and be negative, but you need to find that 1 person that will help you stay true to you and your goals! Is that just to push you with your goals, do the workouts with you, or just ask you how you are doing?
Friends are supposed to lift you up, not bring you down! So find that motivational, inspiring friend, that is just going to push you along- praise you for your new lifestyle- and help you along the way!!! If you would like I would love to help you on your journey! I have several support groups where we hold each other accountable and encourage you to keep going! Call To Action/ Assignment:
- Write Down 5 goals you want to accomplish within the next 30 days!
- Break Down those 5 goals into WEEKLY goals on how you will achieve the “big goal” (you should now have 10-25 things listed)
- Take those goals and set up to do 5 per day and see how fast you can reach your goals!
- Write down 5 names of people you feel are your biggest supporters and ask them to help you stay accountable!
- Get into a group text or meet up once a week to stay true to your goals, FOR YOU!

How many Monday’s can you truly be thankful for? We should all be thankful for waking up and having the amazing abilities that we do! Being Thankful for all that we have and having another day to conquer! Yes Monday’s may be difficult but remember to make the best of that with no regrets!
When we find there is one day that is harder than another to wake up and roll out of bed find a great way to get into the habit (which only take 21 days to form), of finding what motivates you! Is it the weekend or something that is happening throughout the week? Is it getting up and working out that you have a hard time doing? Get a picture that motivates you and set it next to your alarm clock- put it on the mirror-or make positive affirmation post its and put them throughout the house!
Positive Affirmations are the best way to get going! You are beautiful and worth everything you set out to do! You should never feel less than you are, if you do because of your work place or relationships, GET OUT OF THEM!!!!
What pushes you to be your best? Is it surrounding yourself with positive people? Is it being encouraged by others? Is it the support of people who have gone through the same thing?
