Its not always rainbows and sunshine when you are working to reach a goal! My goal is to “tone up” I want lean muscle, less fat, and more definition for my body! What better way than to lift weights and lean out with a vegan meal plan! I have taken animal protein out of my diet for a year now and I feel better than ever! It is hard at first, but your body will thank you! Body Beast has changed my body more than any program thus far!
First thing I have been doing is committing to the workouts! I workout every morning with my husband between 5-6am, before he has to go to work and before the kids wake up! Second thing is committing to my diet! I have been following the Fix Meal Plan That I made myself during the 21 day fix!
Week 2 and 3: I am plain Jane…. I like the same things over and over! the only thing I change is my fruits; strawberries, apple, blueberries, kiwi! Swap sweet potato and quinoa occasionally, but that is all! This is my meals and this is what works for me!
Its all about challenging yourself! If you are up for the challenge, DO IT! If you need accountability, GET IT!, you need to set goals for yourself and work towards them! Don’t let anything hold you back! Afraid of getting big? We are women that do not have testosterone! DONT WORRY ABOUT THAT! We will gain lean muscle if we eat right and make sure we listen to our bodies needs!!!

So I have completed round 1 of the the 21 day fix… Here is to Round 2 and getting more fit!
I struggled the first week of the Fix, getting all of my protein in… but now I am going to make and adjust it to how I know I can get my protein in!
How many of you feel you would be able to stay on track if you had everything handed to you? If you were told, eat this, do this workout, and bam you will see results? Well guess what— we just took the guess work out for you! The 21 day Fix gives you a list of foods to eat, on top of my several meal plan guides, and you have a 30 minute workout schedule to follow! Easy right? YES!
If you have been following me you have noticed that I am transitioning into vegan, but i would really just say I am “flexitarian” I eat organic but there are times when I want sweets and things that are not vegan… I am trying to really steer clear of sweets until atleast the Cruise for Beachbody that I earned this year (we will be sailing out March 24th— It was a trip that you can earn for hitting goals as a Beachbody Coach—next years trip is to Cancun Mexico—ask me how you can earn your spot with us!) but anyways….I am having some trouble really with my eating. I would like to lose 12 lbs from today until the cruise… we have roughly 55 days… it is totally do able but I have to do what works for me!
I came up with a meal plan that will give me a good balance of grains, fiber, protein, greens, veggies, and fruits! Each day is filled with Complex Carbs and Proteins along with the Vitamins and Nutrients I need!
Along with this meal plan, I will be following P90X3 Lean Schedule Week 6 and 3 days of lifting with Chalean Extreme
