Benefits of Clementines

November’s produce list is bursting with great produce, so my first pick are clementines. Clementines are a seedless fruit that is a cross between a sweet orange and a mandarin. Very abundant in the winter months with so many wonderful health benefits. Clementines are loaded with fiber and essential nutrients like vitamin C, folate, calcium, magnesium, phosphorus and potassium. They are a fat-free snack with only 35 calories.
