You will not get skinny with one clean meal just like you didn’t get fat with one burger! A journey is exacly that…. you will go through ups and downs and it will take time to reach your goals! The more dedicated you are the faster your progress will happen! The more relaxed you are the slower your results will come!
If you want Change you have to be patient and consistent! It is the actions you do day in and day out that will get you to where you want to go! Consistency is what will take you to the end of your journey! Consistency day in and day out! You have to want to change, you have to want to feel the results and progress to keep going!
