It’s Flex Friday and I want you to Flex your inner self to never compare yourself to others, whether it is a magazine cover or someone you look up to in your fitness journey! We all have a different background, we all have a different body type, we all have different genes! WE ARE DIFFERENT in every sense of the word! Flex your body, you can look up to someone and admire their hard work, dedication, and body- but never get caught up in saying “I want that body, or I wish that was my body!”

Say to yourself OUT LOUD, RIGHT NOW… “I WILL HAVE THE BODY I WANT, WITH HARD WORK, DEDICATION, CLEAN EATING, AND  PATIENCES!!!!!! “

You are what you do, you eat, and think! SO talk to your self as if it happened or is in the process of happening! “I had a great body, i eat clean, I love myself” “I am on my way to that perfect body, I work hard, I am dedicated, and I eat the right foods” Whatever way you need to do it, do it- stay dedicated and FLEX YOUR MIND! so that you can FLEX that body later!

REMEMBER WHEN YOU FLEX YOUR INNER SELF: be you, be real, and think the way you want to be- look into the future but live for today!
