November has arrived and produce changes are being made in the stores. Some produce items from October may not be offered anymore or are no longer considered in season, but check out the new list. A lot of great fruits and veggies on the November seasonal produce list and some of my favorites!! Throughout the month, I will choose some of the items listed, tell about their health benefits, and offer some recipes that I think you will love.
