“Ok friends! It’s been 90 days and I have my results from the challenge group I participated in. I ate clean, drank shakeology every day, and worked out 6 days a week. I know the picture isn’t of my front, but I think this gives the best idea of my transformation. I used to be a yo-yo dieter. I never ever ate healthy. In high school, dinner was whatever my mom brought home from Mickey D’s, Wendys, or Burger King. I got plenty of exercise, because I never sat around, so I was relatively thin. In college, I continued my active lifestyle but continued to eat terribly. I consistently stayed at a size 10 or 12. Fast forward to 2003 and I got my first job. I was exhausted when I got home from work. I would sit on the couch, watch tv, and eat an entire box of cereal or crackers for dinner. I had a gym membership but I never went. Once I was home, I was home! I tried it all over the years. Weight watchers, NutriSystem, fad diets, starving myself and guess what – nothing worked. Then I got married and had two babies. My weight had somehow crept the whole way up to 214. At 5’7″, that was just too much. I was at an all time low. My husband even said something to me about it. Talk about embarassing Well, that was the kick in the butt that I needed. I started eating clean, drinking shakeology and working out 6 days a week. In the first month alone, I lost 19 pounds! By the end of the second month of my challenge, I was down 35.9 pounds! When I finished the 90 day challenge, I was down 43 pounds and 5 pant sizes! I’m no where near where I want to be, so I am giving P90X a go this time. I’m really nervous about it but excited at the same time.”- Kelly L
