Fitspiration Friday… Congratulations to Jacqueline Ko who lost 121 lbs. in 15 months with Transform :20, MBF/A, Focus T25, LET’S GET UP, Shakeology, and Beachbody Performance Energize + Recover, “My absolute favorite thing about the programs I’ve followed is the length the workouts. If I do a workout, it needs to be under 30-35mins, otherwise I lose focus and motivation. I also love the way that the trainers motivate you throughout the video. I am an individual that needs to be coached through workouts and told what to do, so I appreciate the ability to just turn off my brain (in a way), follow along with the trainer, and my only focus is just putting all my energy and effort into my exercise. The most obvious physical change is my shape and size. I have lost signi?cant weight in my face, arms, legs, and most noticeably my stomach. My con?dence and my energy have skyrocketed. While some of the con?dence de?nitely stems from ‘looking good,’ I feel so proud in knowing that I succeeded. I have honestly surpassed even my own expectations. … I’ve maintained my healthy lifestyle and my weight loss and I’ve taken it a step further by toning my body and losing additional inches and fat along my waist and hips.” Way to go, Jacqueline!!
