Jicama Radish Slaw

The most popular way to eat radishes are sliced up raw and put into salads. This next recipe is using raw radishes but in a slaw that can be used in so many ways… as a side dish, add it to a burger, use on top of a salad, or even create a power or poke bowl by adding a protein (meat or seafood) and your favorite legume or grain.
