Another fruit from the November produce list is a holiday favorite and referred to as a “super food”, cranberries have the highest levels of antioxidants than any other fruits. Cranberries have only 25 calories in every ½ cup which makes them a healthier option. They are also high in vitamin C, vitamin A, and vitamin K.
