So many times I get people messaging me asking me how I do it? How I eat clean, stay on track, or get back on track after the holidays! Well the answer is simple…. JUST DO IT! I know easier said than done right? Well not really! You have to WANT to change for the Change to happen!
A few ways I know that I am truly in it to win it are:
#1: I have a burning desire for change
#2: I know I have people looking up to me
#3: I have my family to show this is possible
#4: I want to change
#5: I need Change
