In celebration of St. Patty’s Day month, how about going green and switching up your morning shake to a smoothie bowl? Glowing Green Smoothie Bowl is a perfect way to slide those greens in there without anyone even knowing. You can substitute out the spinach for kale or arugula, or even the fruit on top (I just like all the green color). Enjoy!!!
Ingredients
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 cup ice
1 scoop Vanilla Shakeology
1 cup raw spinach
¼ large banana cut into thick slices
1 medium kiwi, cut into thick slices
2 Tbsp. shredded coconut
Instructions
- Place almond milk, Shakeology, spinach, and ice in blender; cover. Blend until smooth.
- Place smoothie in a medium bowl. Top with banana, kiwi, and coconut; serve immediately.
