Benefits of Persimmon

A fruit that you don’t hear much about but the health benefits are wonderful!! Persimmons are originally from China and the taste is much like a an apple and mango combined. Persimmons are low in calories and loaded with fiber and Vitamin A which are great for your immune and vision.
