Transformation Tuesday

Transformation Tuesday… Congratulations to Colleen who lost 11.4 pounds and 12.5 inches with 30 Day Breakaway. “The last time I had run a mile was in high school over 20 years ago, but at the end of the 30 days, I had lost 3.3% body fat and completed my first ever 5k.
