										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<h2 style="text-align: center;">Back in November, right around my birthday, I had this feeling of &#8220;incompleteness&#8221; and I wanted more for my fitness goals&#8230;. I threw the idea of a fitness (figure or bikini) competition around and I had so many people say yes and others say no&#8230; I got a lot of &#8220;it&#8217;s going to kill your body and take away time from your kids&#8221; and so I just did the Ultimate Reset again and bam didn&#8217;t feel accomplished&#8230;</h2>
<h2>I always tell my challengers &#8220;you can do it, you can do whatever you put your mind to&#8221; and here I was letting myself down- not pushing hard enough- not doing something I wanted to &#8220;try&#8221;</h2>
<h2>Back in March I committed to Body Beast with my husband, <a href="https://www.facebook.com/chris.minton.33" data-hovercard="/ajax/hovercard/user.php?id=118600446">Chris Minton</a>, and told him and have been still playing with the idea of a competition and he said ok let&#8217;s do it! I&#8217;ll support you and do whatever you need! So I said ok, never set a date of fully committing and a friend messaged me &#8221; I HAVE AN IDEA call me&#8221; yep pretty sure that solidified my decision!!!!!!!</h2>
<h2>All the details are not final but as of today I am ALL IN 100% so now all I need is YOUR support during this! Help me stay accountable PLEASE!</h2>

<h2>Its not always rainbows and sunshine when you are working to reach a goal! My goal is to &#8220;tone up&#8221; I want lean muscle, less fat, and more definition for my body! <h2>First thing I have been doing is committing to the workouts! I workout every morning with my husband between 5-6am, before he has to go to work and before the kids wake up! Second thing is committing to my diet! I like the same things over and over! the only thing I change is my fruits; strawberries, apple, blueberries, kiwi! Swap sweet potato and quinoa occasionally, but that is all! 										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>If you have been following me you have noticed that I am transitioning into vegan, but i would really just say I am &#8220;flexitarian&#8221; I eat organic but there are times when I want sweets and things that are not vegan&#8230; I am trying to really steer clear of sweets until atleast the Cruise for Beachbody that I earned this year (we will be sailing out March 24th&#8212; It was a trip that you can earn for hitting goals as a <a title="Kick off 2014 with a Life Change: Beachbody Coaching" href="http://nikkikubanminton.com/kick-off-2014-with-a-life-change-beachbody-coaching/">Beachbody Coach</a>&#8212;next years trip is to Cancun Mexico&#8212;ask me how you can earn your spot with us!) but anyways&#8230;.I am having some trouble really with my eating. I would like to lose 12 lbs from today until the cruise&#8230; we have roughly 55 days&#8230; it is totally do able but I have to do what works for me!</p>

<p>I came up with a meal plan that will give me a good balance of grains, fiber, protein, greens, veggies, and fruits! Each day is filled with Complex Carbs and Proteins along with the Vitamins and Nutrients I need!</p>
