FRESH START for SUMMER 2012

THERE ARE OFFICIALLY 110 DAYS UNTIL SUMMER- June 21, 2012

 

How many of you are working out everyday to get ready to where that swimsuit?!?!

How many of you are eating clean to make sure your body feels good in that swim suit?!?!!?

That is why I am sending this out! I am going to Challenge you 90 days  (From March 26th- June 20th) to give me EACH DAY to help you get in shape, healthy, and LOOKING GOOD in that swim suit! A few simple tips to get you prepared:

#1. Drink 8- 8oz cups of water A DAY

#2. Eat 5-6 SMALL meals a day (every 2 1/2-3 hours)

#3. Eat a protein and complex carb at each meal

#4. Only eat 2 servings of fruit a day, berries in the AM and a citrus after your workout!

#5. Drink SHAKEOLOGY EVERYDAY! This will help you fill in the gaps of fruits and veggie nutrients you miss throughout the day, boost your energy, lose/maintain weight and help you feel better overall!
