What does Emerald mean— It means Amanda got 2 coaches to join her team and now she is growing her team and eligible for Leads and Cycle Bonus’ through Beachbody

Next is Melissa!!! Congrats Melissa Solomon on an AMAZING month in September but most of all for advancing your BIZ to EMERALD!!!! That is a huge step in your business!

and Maria =) EMERALD ALERT!!!!!! Maria Adler Cain joined us in late August after being a client of mine for 2 years We met at fit club and ever since I have seen her passion for health and fitness! She is a nurse, but mom right now with her gorgeous little guy Noah!!! 

She was determined to help those she knew and get them on track along with herself after having her baby boy! She has been a fighter through this journey and every little hiccup is only making her a stronger leader!!!! She is determined, passionate, and driven to succeed!!!

I cannot wait to watch you grow!!! You are an amazing woman and I am blessed to know you!!!!

First up we have a RUBY COACH, Mrs. Krystal! This girl right here!!!!!! I don’t even know where to begin! I am beyond excited to see her advance her business this morning (something neither one of us realized!!!!) BUT this is huge!!!!

Krystal Mitchell has one of the BIGGEST HEARTS I know! She is determined to create a better future for her family and friends around her! From day 1 her WHY has been huge, if you haven’t seen it on her page maybe she will share it soon  but Krystal has a drive and passion to help others while helping herself in her health and fitness journey!

Krystal’s husband travels for work so she sees him for a few hours on the weekend, she drives a crazy drive to and from work, just to make sure they are able to provide and get by! To see this girls passion and drive it makes me cry! She is so loving and caring for everyone else!

She came into my life when I needed someone to love on and care for (thats my nature), but she has taught me how to be strong! No matter what she is faced with she is a fighter!!! STRENGTH looks good on you 

Krystal- you are 1 step away from Diamond and I know we will see you shining bring next thursday  But until then Congrats on Ruby and keep shining BRIGHT!!!!!!!!

and last of the day is Mrs. Nataly advancing to 2 Star Diamond, which means she has developed 2 Diamonds on her team!

Balance is something that you want and NEED in your life! I will give you a few steps that have helped me get into the habit of creating my lifestyle!

1. Write out all of the things you have going on in your life. (Work, Family, Hobbies, Fitness, Travel, Parties, etc)
2. Give each area a set time frame (ex. fitness 5-7a, work 9-5p, family time 6-9p, hobbies Sat. 9-12p)
3. Put it on a family calendar (on fridge or wherever you all look), then set alarms on your phone and in your phone calendar… get organized
4. If you have certain goals you want to reach- include your family in them! (workout every day- lose 10 lbs- eat healthier… be able to travel more)

5.Get an accountability partner– someone that will make sure you are on track with your prioritize and goals! Spouse- friend- coach- co worker- someone you look up to and cannot let down!

Once you follow these steps, make a CONSCIOUS effort to stick to it for 1 FULL month! Week 1 will be hard, you may skip something or struggle to get it all done! Week 2, you may find yourself tired and exhausted by the end of the day/week! Week 3 you will start to feel accomplished and successful! Week 4 will be a habit and you will no longer have to sigh or feel unorganized!!!! KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK AND YOU WILL REACH EVERY GOAL YOU EVER SET!

As I head off to Vegas for the 3rd time, I have a surreal feeling inside of me! I remember when I signed up as a coach in April 2011 (At the time I was a teacher ) Beachbody Summit that year started the day we let out for summer, so I was unable to attend! I was bummed, I had no idea what this huge event was, but I saw pictures from my upline coach, Kati and everyone else that was there! They had a blast but most of all brought back some amazing content to share with us all! The second the tickets went on sale I bought one! Mind you I had to put my shakeology and coach fee on my credit card, so did this ticket! I didn’t care how much the ticket was going to cost I WAS going to be there the next summer!

As the week went on and I watch the pictures upload to Facebook, the more excited I got! The more of a drive I had to make sure I got to Vegas the following summer, 2012. At this time it was a struggle to think about it and my husband was still very “iffy” with the support of the business and he was not as engaged as I was, so I made sure he was coming too! We got him a ticket and I told him he had to come to the general sessions to see what Beachbody was about, but if he wanted to he could sit the trainings out! WELL needless to say he joined me at all of the trainings and came back from Vegas as fired up about the business as I was!

Fast forward to today and I am headed to my 3rd Summit, I am thinking— how did I feel when I headed off to my first summit??? I was nervous, I was excited, I was scared! I was nervous to meet new people, be in a crowd, not know what I was to expect, and not sure if I would have to speak to anyone (biggest fear- talking to a crowd)! I was excited to see TOP coaches, workout with the celebrity trainers, and be in the positive energy of all of the amazing people I looked up to! I was scared that I would be embarrassed of my husbands “nay saying” I was unsure that he would act the way “i wanted him to”! But that was nothing that I should have been worrying about!!!!

Beachbody Summit in 2012 was an AMAZING opportunity that I am SOOO thankful I had! Summit was more that a training and celebration! The energy that came from summit was fire lighting and it was the energy I needed to keep pushing! The days were jam packed with trainings and meetings, General Sessions where we heard from the CEO Carl Daikeler, Chalene Johnson, and Tony Horton, there were celebrations of our success- parties that you would earn throughout the year for hitting Success Club, Rank Advancing, and just being a COACH! Each one of these events was amazing- uplifting- and the focus was more than just for the TOP coaches- I felt special at each party, meeting new coaches and learning what brought others into this business!

The change in my business after my first Summit trip was what was the best! I formed “my team” we grew so fast that we became Team Resurrection, my husband was 100% on board and he was coaching! He grew just as much as I did! I felt like a better leader, I was growing and was able to teach others what it took to be at Summit and to be a top coach!

Morgan has been a coach since April 2013, and she hit Diamond on August 29th, 2013 (4 1/2 months) what does Diamond mean? It is not only a rank in the beachbody business, it is a TITLE to show how many lives Morgan is changing! The more people you have on your team, the more people being helped with their health and fitness goals, which means more lives touched! It is a ripple effect of positive outcomes when you are looking for help and reach out!

Morgan has been able to quit her job, move in with her Fiancé, and make a profit from her products! She is now able to focus on Beachbody (all of her challengers and helping more people transform their lives) while planning for her wedding next year!!!! I am beyond proud of this girl! Its not like there is anything “special” that she is doing… She is learning the resources inside and out- mastering social media- and SHARING with everyone out there! It comes down to Being a product + Personal Growth + SHARING and INVITING= SUCCESS!
