Shakeology: MY Favorite Recipes!

Shakeology has been my #1 nutrition during my weight loss! Shakeology has 70+ ingredients in it to help fight cravings, increase energy, and lose weight! One shakeology shake is like eating FIVE salads!

 

#1 Favorite: Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana!

1 medium banana- 105 calories

2 tbps of pb2- 45 calories (Pb2 is a powdered peanut butter with 80% less fat!)

1 scoop of Chocolate Shakeology- 150 calories

Put all ingredients into blender with 1 cup of ice and 6-8oz of water. Blend and Drink!

 

#2: Chocolate Pecan Roll!

1/4 cup of chopped shelled pecans- 188 calories

1 tsp of cinnamon- 6 calories

1 splash of vanilla extract- 1tsp, 12 calories

1 scoop of Chocolate Shakeology- 150 calories

Put ingredients into blender with 1 cup of ice, 6-8 oz of water. Blend and Enjoy!

 

#3: Greenberry Mixed Berry Banana!

1 medium banana- 105 calories

1/2 cup of fresh or frozen strawberries- 49 calories

1/4 cup of blueberries- 21 calories

1/4 cup of raspberries-16 calories

1/2 cup of orange juice- tropicana 50  (25 calories) or sunny d (30 calories)

1 scoop of Greenberry Shakeology- 150 calories

Put ingredients in blender with 1 cup of ice, 4oz of water. Blend and Enjoy!

*(I use what I have- strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, or blackberries)

 

#4: Mocha Latte

1tsp- coffee extract

OR

1 cup of iced Coffee- o calories

1 scoop of Chocolate Shakeology- 150 calories

Put into blender with 1 cup of ice, Blend, and ENJOY! (Just like Starbucks, BUT not as many CALORIES!!!)

***Water can be substituted with almond milk, soy milk, rice milk, or low fat milk*** I like it with water!
