How Exercise Can Improve Bone Density

Let’s talk about bone health for a minute… What is bone density/mass and how can I make sure that my bones are healthy and strong? Muscles get stronger as we challenge them and bones are the same, but in order for exercise to improve bone density, it needs to be a higher impact workout as well as weight lifting of some kind.
