Barre Blend’s Signature Shake

“Super Trainer Elise Joan’s motivation for working out and eating healthy is driven by the desire to feel GOOD so she can be at her best for herself and others.” Barre Blend is a great workout to stay motivated and make those healthy changes, and so is Barre Blend’s Signature Shake. The following recipe is Elise Joan’s (Creator of Barre Blend) go-to shake. Filled with so many wonderful ingredients that you wouldn’t even believe half of them were in there.  

Ingredients

1 cup unsweetened organic soy milk

1 cup ice

½ scoop Cafe Latte Shakeology

½ scoop Chocolate Shakeology

1 scoop Beachbody Collagen Boost

1 scoop Shakeology Boost Digestive Health

½ cup spinach

½ cup frozen cauliflower rice

1 Tbsp. almond butter

Instructions               

Place soy milk, ice, Shakeology, Collagen, Digestive Health, spinach, cauliflower rice, and almond butter in blender; cover. Blend until smooth.
