Fitspiration Friday… Congratulations to Marshall’s 9 week Control Week transformation!! “The equipment is minimal, but the output and results are better than I got going to the gym! I was skeptical of just a few bands, a ball, a step, and a couple of dumbbells. I never thought it could give me better results than I was getting at the gym. I was very wrong!” Way to go, Marshall!!
