Peanut butter and jelly sandwiches are a classic when it comes to lunches for kids, but what about an after-school snack that tastes just like a pb & jelly sandwich but in a smoothie form? The recipe below uses Strawberry and Banana Daily Sunshine and creates a smoothie the kids will love that tastes just like a pb & j!! Not only is this smoothie delicious, but it is healthy, easy, and kid-approved (well at least with my kids).

Ingredients

1 cup unsweetened almond milk

1 cup ice

1 scoop Strawberry Banana Daily Sunshine

2 tsp. all-natural peanut butter

½ cup sliced strawberries

Instructions

  1. Place almond milk, ice, Daily Sunshine, peanut butter, and strawberries in blender; cover. Blend until smooth.
