Ingredients
1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
1 cup ice
1 scoop Strawberry Shakeology
¼ cup frozen pineapple chunks
1 tsp. finely grated lemon peel
½ tsp. pure coconut extract
¼ large banana, sliced
¼ cup sliced strawberries
3 unsalted macadamia nuts, chopped
2 tsp. shredded coconut
1 tsp. chia seeds
Instructions
- Place coconut milk, ice, Shakeology, pineapple, lemon peel, and extract in blender; cover. Blend until smooth.
- Pour smoothie into a shallow bowl. Top with banana, strawberries, macadamia nuts, coconut, and chia seeds. Serve immediately.
