Another way to use your Shakeology besides in shakes, is to create a Shakeology Smoothie Bowl. The following recipe is a template to create your own personalized smoothie bowl using your favorite Shakeology flavor. Not only are you enjoying a shake, but the added fruit and superfood toppings are adding to the nutrition of the meal!!
Ingredients
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 cup ice
1 scoop Strawberry Shakeology
½ cup unsweetened frozen strawberries
¼ cup cubed frozen mango
½ medium cucumber
¼ cup fresh blueberries
1 Tbsp. chia seeds
Instructions
- Place almond milk, Shakeology, strawberries, mango, and cucumber in blender; cover. Blend until smooth.
- Add ice; blend, scraping down sides of blender, until icy and fairly smooth.
- Pour into serving bowl.
- Top with blueberries and chia seeds.
