This particular recipe uses just the bulb of kohlrabi, but the whole vegetable including leaves are edible. Roasted Kohlrabi with Savory Garlic Sauce is a great addition to any meal. The leaves of the vegetable can be added at the end for additional color and flavor but it’s optional. This dish reminds me of roasted potatoes and the texture is similar as well.
