Pumpkin Spice Shakeology Eggnog with Rum

It’s time to toast to the new year, so grab a glass and whip up this delicious shake to start things off right! This drink can also be made without alcohol so everyone can enjoy!! 

Ingredients

1 large egg

1 cup reduced-fat milk

½ cup ice

1 oz. rum

1 packet Pumpkin Spice Shakeology

1 dash ground nutmeg        

Instructions                   

  1. Crack egg into a bowl. Whisk in milk until well combined.               
  2. Pour egg mixture into a small pot over low heat. Whisk constantly, 3 to 4 minutes, until frothy. Set aside to cool, then transfer to refrigerator to chill at least 1 hour.        
  3. Place ice, egg mixture, rum, and Shakeology in blender; cover. Blend until smooth.    
  4. Divide mixture evenly between two glasses, sprinkle with nutmeg. Serve immediately.
