National Hydration Day!!

Today is National Hydration Day and it’s a great reminder that we need to stay hydrated especially during these hot summer months!! The chart below highlights some reasons why H2O is important on hot days. Staying hydrated in the summer months can be a little more difficult than the colder months because we lose so much water from our bodies through sweat.
