Maple and Brown Sugar Overnight Oats

I love recipes that can be made ahead of time and enjoyed later especially breakfast!! These overnight oats are easy, healthy, and the flavor is unbelievable. Maple and Brown Sugar Overnight Oats is the perfect fall recipe especially on those cold, dark mornings where getting out of bed doesn’t seem possible!! The smell alone is worth rolling out of bed and into the kitchen!! 

Ingredients

½ cup dry rolled oats

1 scoop Cafe Latte Shakeology

¼ tsp. ground nutmeg

1 cup unsweetened almond milk    

1 Tbsp. chopped pecans 

1 tsp. pure maple syrup   

Instructions               

  1. Add oats, Shakeology, and nutmeg to a 16 oz. jar (or sealable container); stir to combine.   
  2. Add almond milk; mix well. Seal lid; refrigerate overnight.   
  3. Top with pecans and maple syrup just before serving. Store refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 24 hours.
