One ingredient that comes to mind when I think of spring is lemons. Maybe it’s fresh squeezed lemonade or maybe it’s the bright yellow color that reminds me of sunshine, but I love using lemons in my meals. The following recipe pairs lemons and dill together to create a chicken dish with a lot of flavor and color.
