Health Benefits of a Mango

Mango is a stone fruit and is native to India and Southeast Asia. Mangoes are often referred to as “king of fruits”, and from the health benefits chart I can see why. Mango is low in calories, but high in nutrients, especially Vitamin C which boosts your immunity and promotes healthy skin and hair. Mango is packed with antioxidants which help with chronic disease, and contains magnesium, potassium and the antioxidant mangiferin, which all support healthy heart function.
