Building a Healthy Relationship with Food

How many of you have a hate/love relationship with food?? You want to eat healthy, you love fruits and veggies, but sometimes life gets the best of us and we grab whatever is easy, pleasing to the eye, and satisfying. Unfortunately, eating healthy requires a little different mindset and some preparation.
