Blueberry Walnut Chocolate Caramel Brownie Overnight Oats

A perfect Christmas morning breakfast in my opinion is one that can be made the night before and wake up in the morning and it’s all ready!! Blueberry Walnut Chocolate Caramel Brownie Overnight Oats is just that and a whole lot more!! “It’s everything you want for the holidays — luscious, buttery caramel flavor, rich, velvety chocolate, with a hint of salt.” 

Ingredients

¼ cup + 2 Tbsp. dry rolled oats

1 scoop Chocolate Caramel Brownie Shakeology

1 Tbsp. chia seeds

¼ tsp. ground cinnamon

1 cup unsweetened almond milk

½ cup fresh blueberries

1 Tbsp. chopped unsalted walnuts, toasted

Instructions

  1. Add oats, Shakeology, chia seeds, cinnamon, and almond milk to a 16-fl.-oz. (480-ml) jar (or sealable container); stir to combine. Seal lid; refrigerate for 1 hour, or up to overnight.
  2. When ready to eat, top with blueberries and walnuts. Keep refrigerated until ready to eat; enjoy within 24 hours.
