Isabelle Daikeler, co-creator and formulator of Shakeology, is sharing her go-to shake recipe. This signature shake is easy to make and has lots of protein and fiber to keep you sustained throughout the day.
Ingredients
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
I cup ice
1 scoop Café Latte Plant-based Vegan Shakeology
1 cup raw baby spinach
¼ medium avocado
3 Tbsp. fresh coconut meat, chopped
1 tsp. sunflower seed butter
Instructions
- Place almond milk, ice, Shakeology, spinach, avocado, coconut meat, and seed butter in blender; cover. Blend until smooth.
