Strawberry Banana Sunshine Fruit Dip

Daily Sunshine doesn’t just have to be a shake, try this recipe for the an after school snack the kids will love!! Use any fruit your kids like to dip… a great way to get your kids to eat their fruit and enjoy Daily Sunshine!!

Strawberry Banana Sunshine Fruit Dip:

(Makes 4 servings, approx. ¾ cup each)

Ingredients:

½ cup unsweetened almond milk

1½ cups coconut milk (or soy) yogurt

4 scoops Strawberry Banana Daily Sunshine

1 large banana, cut into chunks

2 cups medium strawberries

Instructions:

  1. Place almond milk, yogurt, Daily Sunshine, and banana in blender; cover. Blend until smooth.
  2. Serve dip with strawberries.
