Being at Peace if You Haven’t Reached Your Goal Yet

Are you feeling frustrated that you haven’t hit your goal weight? Do you feel like it’s never going to happen no matter what you do? I understand your frustration because we all have been there even though sometimes we feel alone. “It’s important to remember. The experiences that we have in our lives are reflections of what we are experiencing within ourselves.” If we have a bad day, sometimes we outwardly express those feelings and maybe even take it out on someone. We have to create positive thinking within first, and then the experiences will begin to reflect that internal state of mind.
