Stay Hydrated!!!

According to the Heart Health Association, staying well-hydrated is essential for good health. In July’s newsletter from HHA, water keeps your body and organs working properly. Dehydration can cause many health problems and during the summer months you need to take extra precautions to stay hydrated.
