National Flapjack Day!!

National Flapjack day is my favorite!!! Pancakes can be a carb-filled breakfast not really containing any healthy ingredients, but they also can be made with more wholesome ingredients. The following recipe, multi-grain banana pancakes, are not only made with wholesome ingredients but they are just as delicious and very filling!! Each serving contains 10 grams of protein and is a great source of dietary fiber.
