One thing that has helped me stay on track with my fitness journey as a busy mom is being able to do my workouts at home! I went to the gym in college and it changed me forever- to hating the gym, just keeping it real! But when I had kids, I needed to lose weight and I really thought the gym was my solution, until in 2011 I found at home workouts… and this was something easier and more convenient than driving back and forth to a gym, waking up way before my kids would or before I would have to go to work. I love weights and cardio, but I LOVE even more doing exercises that are unique to work your entire body with each move! That is why I am so so excited about our upcoming launch of Morning Meltdown 100, so you all can see what I have been going through the last 100 days!
Being apart of this test group has changed me, it has truly made me see how my morning routine makes me a better mom and how it helps me LOVE ME! The workouts are amazing and every day is different!
