Ingredients
1 cup chopped honeydew
1 cup chopped cucumber
½ cup unsweetened coconut milk beverage
1 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
2 scoops Collagen Boost
16 mint leaves
Instructions
- Place honeydew, cucumber, coconut milk, lime juice, Collagen, and mint in a blender; cover. Blend until smooth.
Serve immediately, or store refrigerated in an air tight container for up to a day
