Healthier Versions of Favorite Condiments

Let’s talk condiments… can’t live without or don’t even look twice at them?  I love most condiments and in fact feel that any meal can be spiced up by adding a little ranch, ketchup, guacamole, etc.!! Unfortunately, the condiments that you buy from the store can be filled with “unhealthy fats and calories and some are spiked with loads of added sugar (in the form of high fructose corn syrup), artificial ingredients, and salt.”  The good news is making homemade condiments is not as difficult as it may seem.
