The following recipe is a fresh pasta meal with a light cheese sauce. Garlic and Herb Pasta with Broccoli Rabe (Rapini), is made using boursin cheese which can be found in your local grocery store. I love boursin, but if you are not a fan, you could substitute for another creamy cheese of your liking. Make sure to get as much water out of the rapini after blanching, so it will not dilute the cheese sauce.
