Summer picnics, grill-outs, celebrations… All these events bring lots of yummy food, but also some not so healthy options. Fried chicken is a popular picnic food and one that is inexpensive, can be eaten at room temperature, and a favorite of many. Unfortunately, fried chicken is not a very healthy dinner choice, so I have found a healthy alternative that is still very delicious. Crispy-Oven Baked Chicken is just as crunchy and juicy as fried chicken but without all the added fat and calories.
