Banana Cream Pie Chia Pudding

“Meet the banana cream pie you can eat for breakfast.” Yes, you can eat a pie and not feel guilty for it with the following recipe. Banana Cream Pie Chia Pudding is full of fiber and protein and will help you power through the day!! This is the perfect recipe for a leftover banana or one that is almost too ripe to eat. It’s a simple recipe yet it looks so fancy one may think it took you all day to make!!   

Ingredients

1 cup unsweetened almond milk

1 scoop Vanilla Shakeology

2 Tbsp. chia seeds

½ cup reduced-fat plain Greek yogurt

½ large banana, sliced   

Instructions               

  1. Add almond milk, chia seeds, and Shakeology to a 16-oz. jar (or sealable container); stir until well mixed and no lumps remain. Seal jar.   
  2. Refrigerate at least 4 hours (or overnight). Top with yogurt and banana just before serving.   
  3. Store refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 24 hours.
