Seeds are an underestimated treat that can be added to a variety of dishes and offer so much nutrition. Some popular seeds are chia, pumpkin, sunflower, flax, and sesame. I prefer sunflower seeds and will add them to salads, homemade granola, yogurt, oatmeal, or just eat them raw. Sunflower seeds can even be included in your daily shakes.
