National Tortilla Chip Day!!

National Tortilla Chip Day has arrived!! Tortilla chips are my favorite and a much better option when talking about snacks, but they also can be filled with salt, fats, and calories. If you want to enjoy snacking without all the guilt, you have to give this next recipe a try. Baked Tortilla Chips are not only simple to make, they are homemade with only 2 ingredients!! Honestly, they taste fresher and more delicious than any chip out of a bag. Let’s celebrate today with authentic, healthy, baked tortilla chips!!  

Ingredients

15 corn tortillas cut into wedges

Nonstick cooking spray

1 tsp. Sea salt

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 375° F.
  2. Lightly coat both sides of tortillas with spray. Arrange in a single layer on two baking sheets. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes, or until crisp.
  3. Sprinkle with salt.
