Does Dancing Really Count as Cardio?

Who likes to dance? Did you know that you are actually burning calories doing something you love? That’s right, dancing moves your whole body and depending on how long and how much you move, it can prove to be a great workout. “Dance can definitely be a cardio workout, especially when you’re moving nonstop and repeating previously learned steps throughout the entire workout,” says dance instructor Rizwan Dhanidina.
