Chamomile and Lavender Oat Milk Latte

Ingredients

1 cup unsweetened oat milk

1 bag of chamomile and lavender tea blend

1 scoop of Beachbody Collagen Boost

1 tsp. honey

¼ tsp. vanilla extract

Instructions               

  1. Place a small sauce pot over medium-high heat; add oat milk. Bring to a gentle boil; remove from heat.   
  2. Add tea bag; let steep for 10 minutes. Remove bag; discard.
  3. Add Beachbody Collagen Boost, honey (if using), and extract; mix well.           
  4. Pour oat milk mixture into a mug; serve warm.
