7 years ago on this day {April 21, 2011}…
I made a decision that would change our family’s future forever.
I made a purchase on a credit card 
without my husbands knowledge.
I made the commitment to myself to change.
I made the decision to do something for me and I was selfish about it.
We were living paycheck to paycheck- well above our means, like putting groceries on a credit card 
I was miserable with me, my body, and how i felt every day! I needed change and when my coach so kindly kept reminding me (for 8 months) that she had something that could help me I finally caved… the only regret O have is that i didn’t do it sooner 
I didn’t want to sell to friends and family- i didn’t want to push anything on anyone- I just wanted to save the extra money while I worked on me… 2 weeks into my personal journey and I wanted EVERY MOM to feel like I did… so I continued to share my journey with a little flare of having them(anyone) join me on this journey- because the missing piece for me was Accountability and if I could get more of that I would be golden!
Little did I know that 2 months later I would be walking away from my $40k year teaching job for $60 a month 
but my passion is what truly shined and broke me from the chains of having a boss and someone telling me where to be and what I needed to do- along with kids that disrespected me and would rather be on the streets… I always had a passion for teaching but this opportunity gave me a purpose to share!
I love to empower women… I love to help them love themselves… and I love sharing how they can change their family’s future!
7 years ago change my life forever and I didn’t even like working out 
now I love it because it helps me love myself and shows me how taking care of your body truly reflects your mood! I knew nothing about fitness or nutrition for that matter- but I’m learning every single day!
