<p>But it&#8217;s important to stay motivated if you want to see results. Here are five tips to stay motivated when working out:</p>

<p>One of the best ways to stay motivated is to set realistic goals. If you set your sights too high, you&#8217;re likely to get discouraged and give up. Instead, start with small goals and gradually increase them as you get stronger.</p>

<p>Working out with a friend can be a great way to stay motivated. When you have someone to work out with, you&#8217;re more likely to stick with it. Plus, it&#8217;s more fun to work out with someone else.</p>

<p>It&#8217;s important to track your progress when you&#8217;re working out. This will help you see how far you&#8217;ve come and stay motivated to keep going. There are many different ways to track your progress, such as keeping a workout journal or using a fitness tracker.</p>

<p>When you reach a goal, reward yourself! This will help you stay motivated and on track. The reward doesn&#8217;t have to be big, even a small treat can be enough. BUT when you reward yourself with new workout gear or shoes- you are more than likely going to continue to push yourself in the gym! (especially so you can wear those new items) </p>

<li>When you track your measurements and &#8220;goodbye&#8221; photos, you can SEE the physical change!</li>
<li>When you track your workouts you can see how hard you are pushing and progress you are making after each workout- whether it is lasting longer, less breaks, or even heavier weights!</li>
<li>When you track what you eat, you can see where you need to change things if you are not seeing progress! When you write down everything you eat- you will see if you need to up your protein or veggies or even lower sugar or dairy! This way you can see it even though your body knows what is going in it!</li>
