Plan what day you will go to the grocery store, What day you will write your meal plan out. What day will you take care of your body. (yes reward your body with a bath or massage or time to sit and relax). and plan what day you will prep all of your food for the week (I love to do it on sunday!)</span>

<li><span style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;">I meal plan saturday night or sunday morning.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;">I prep Saturday things in the crockpot (shredded chicken, turkey chili) and everything else sunday.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;">and I rest/relax, bath, or massage on saturdays!</span></li>

<li><span style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;">SET ALARMS!!! You ay have a slew of alarms set for everyday from wake up to eating your meals, but you will be so grateful because it will help you stay on track when you get caught up at work or at home! If you need a second alarm to wake up/workout, do it!</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;">SUPPORT: Let your family, friends, coworkers, and neighbors know what you are doing!</span>

Along with that the other change I made was wearing a post baby belly band. Picture below- but what it does is helps me hold my core in while working out- being postpartum almost 9 months now- I knew I needed some change for my body to change. I have been working out every day since being cleared at 6 weeks post baby&#8230; but my body would not change- i would barely lose lbs (i think a total of 6 in 8 months) and lost a good amount of inches&#8230; but nothing consistent! I finally feel this program will help the drop consistently- which is what we need to see to stick to it right?</span></p>

Noticing my body would lose 2 lbs and gain 3&#8230; lose 4, gain 0&#8230; It was always a roller coaster when I would step on the scale! I had to make a commitment with myself that I would only weight in on Saturday (one day a week). This way I would see how I felt throughout the week, stay on track each day and push hard to see the results on Saturday!</p>

<p>I was not only weighing myself on saturday&#8217;s, but I would also measure and see if any inches were lost! There were some weeks I would not lose weight but would lose inches and vice versa! Weight loss journey is more than what the number on the scale says, it is about how you look and feel! If you are Eating the recommended CLEAN calories, working out daily, and drinking plenty of water- you will lose weight and inches!</p>

<p>I have found over the last 2 years, that muscle weighs the same as fat but takes up less space! When you are working out, whether it is lifting weights of cardio- you will be gaining muscle, muscle burns fat and in return helps you lose inches but not necessarily weight! This is why I started taking my progress pictures weekly and measuring my success by how clothes fit! So I saved an outfit from when I was in college (NOT SURE WHY) but finally 6 years, 2 kids, and 80+ lbs gained later&#8230;&#8230; I tried them on! GUESS WHAT IT FIT!!!!</p>

<p>The day I decided to jump on the Beachbody Bandwagon was when I hit rock bottom, I was MISERABLE, Depressed, and super Sad because I let my body get to this point without doing anything to change! I was taking my anger and frustration with myself out on everyone else around me, people that did not deserve it and were there to help me! I took the leap of faith and bought <a href="http://www.teambeachbody.com/shop/-/shopping/Power90?referringRepId=207453">P90X</a> off of an informercial with a credit card and on the payment plan because 1 I did not have the money and 2 I was not sure this was even going to work for me! 2 years later (after failing twice I decided it was time to go in full force) So I had a support group that helped me, supported me, and gave me advice to stay on track! (Now we call them <a title="Nikki’s Beachbody Challenges: FITNESS + NUTRITION + SUPPORT = SUCCESS" href="http://nikkikubanminton.com/nikkis-beachbody-challenges-fitness-nutrition-support-success/">Support/Challenge Groups</a>). I got so much support that i needed to share this with everyone! So i did my duty as a <a href="http://www.beachbodycoach.com/esuite/home/Nikkikminton?bctid=632106888001">Beachbody Coach</a> and recruited other Mommas to join me on my journey!</p>

<p>Fast Forward 2 years and I have never felt better! I have completed 90% of beachbody&#8217;s programs, There are several from low-high intensity, 10 min- and hour+, and from dance to weights! There is a program for everyone and with the help of Shakeology, the nutrition, and our <a href="http://www.beachbodycoach.com/esuite/home/Nikkikminton?bctid=1247409409001">support groups</a>,  you are guaranteed to get the results you want in the time frame of the program!</p>
